Divorce Process in Minnesota - Community Education Course
Are you thinking about filing for divorce? Has your spouse told you he or
she wants a divorce? Divorce law is complicated and often changes. This informative and thorough program walks participants through the divorce process in Minnesota explaining the steps in a divorce proceeding and the issues of child support, child custody, spousal maintenance and division of debts.
Attorney Jessica L. Sterle is presenting a course titled "Divorce Process
in Minnesota" through Duluth and Hermantown Community Education Programs.
Each class is approximately two hours and costs only $15.00. Participants must not be represented by an attorney.

LOCAL ATTORNEY SELECTED AS BOARD MEMBER FOR MINNESOTA JUSTICE FOUNDATION

Attorney Jessica L. Sterle was recently selected to join the Minnesota Justice Foundation (“MJF”) Board of Directors.
Since 1983, MJF has sponsored and funded law student summer clerkships with legal aid offices and public interest organizations throughout Minnesota. MJF clerks offer the agencies they serve intensive help with casework, research and legal writing. Clerks work at the direction and under the supervision of the agencies' own lawyers. For the 2006-2007 school year MJF placed nearly 1,000 students in volunteer positions at over 100 legal services providers around the state providing 10,600 clients with over 26,000 hours of volunteer service.
